At Rinze, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when you need to cancel your service.

Cancellation Terms

100% Refund if Cancelled Before Clothes Pickup

If you cancel your service before our team picks up your clothes, you will receive a full refund.

 

 

80% Refund After Clothes Pickup but Before Service Begins

If you cancel your service after your clothes have been picked up but before the service has started, an 80% refund will be issued. The remaining 20% covers operational costs incurred during pickup.

 

No Refund After Service Has Started

Once the service has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place as work begins immediately and resources are allocated to processing your order.

How to Cancel

  • To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
  • Log in to your account on our website or mobile app.
  • Navigate to the “My Orders” section and select the order you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the “Cancel Order” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • If your cancellation is within the eligible timeframe, your refund will be processed automatically.

Please ensure you cancel within the prescribed time limits to be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Process:

Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed via your original payment method. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
