Customer Registration Process & Guidelines

This Page describes the Customer registration process and guidelines.

1.⁠ ⁠Registration Process (New Users)

  1. Open the Rinze App.
  2. Click on “Sign Up”.
  3. Enter:
  4. Full Name
  5. Mobile Number / Email
  6. Password
  7. Tap “Register”.
  8. Receive OTP Verification (via SMS/Email).
  9. Enter OTP and verify.
  10. Registration is successful, and the user is redirected to the dashboard.

2.⁠ ⁠Login Process (Existing Users)

  1. Open the Rinze App.
  2. Click on “Login”.
  3. Enter:
  4. Mobile Number / Email
  5. Password
  6. Tap “Login”.
  7. If OTP verification is enabled, enter OTP.
  8. Login is successful, and the user is redirected to the dashboard.
  9. Optional Features – Google/Facebook Login for faster registration.
  10. Forgot Password feature to reset the password via email/OTP.
  11. Guest Access (if applicable) to browse services before signing up.
