This policy governs compensation for garments handled by A Plus Laundry Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”, operating as Rinze) through its website, mobile applications and stores.
- The Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling all garments but shall not be deemed an insurer of any garment.
- In the event of loss or irreparable damage caused solely by the Company’s negligence, the Company’s liability shall be limited to 200% of the service charges paid for the garment, subject to a maximum of ₹2,000 per garment, whichever is lower.
- Where the garment can be repaired or reprocessed, the Company may, at its sole discretion, repair or reprocess the garment instead of paying compensation.
- The Company shall not be liable for damage arising from inherent fabric defects, colour bleeding, shrinkage, normal wear and tear, delicate fabrics, embellishments, accessories, articles left in pockets, or events beyond its reasonable control.
- Any claim for loss or damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of delivery, failing which the garment shall be deemed to have been accepted in good condition and the claim shall stand waived.
- The above compensation shall be the customer's sole and exclusive remedy, and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Service Terms
- Kindly note that our published rates are basic rates and may differ, or extra charges may apply, based on clothes condition.
- Laundry services are typically completed within 4 days. However, sometimes there could be delays; these delays will be communicated promptly.
- Make sure to check pockets before dropping off your laundry. We are not responsible for any money or items left in the pockets during the cleaning process.
